Shipping and returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform CREOBIO , with registered office in Gravina in Puglia (BA), SP. 52 – km 12,60, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an explicit declaration to CREOBIO, in your preferred manner. To facilitate the prompt processing of your request, we invite you to use the contact form or communicate your decision to the email address info@creobio.com using the attached standard withdrawal form.
If you choose this option, we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your return to the email address you provided when purchasing the product. This email will contain the return form to be included in the package and the instructions for returning the product. Please send the return form within 14 days to:
